FAQ

How far in advance do I need to place an order?
It’s recommended to reach out 2-3 weeks in advance.

Please reach out to place an order as far in advance as possible. I am a one-woman show with a FT job, so weekends fill up quickly. Orders are secured on a first come, first serve, basis.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash only.

Do you require a deposit on orders?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit on all major orders ($100+) or custom orders.

As we work on a first come first serve basis, your order takes precedence over other requests that come in, even if the profit would be greater. With that, a deposit is required so we know you’re as serious about your order as we are in making it delicious.

Can you mail my order to me?
Unfortunately, no. Cottage licenses are strict and do not allow us to mail our items.

CT delivery may be available for minimum orders of $50 plus delivery fee.

Do you offer GF, DF, NF, options?
Unfortunately I cannot offer gluten free, dairy free, or nut free options of my menu items because I do not have a designated kitchen space that can guarantee GF, DF, NF conditions. For your safety, I will not customize to dietary restrictions while I bake out of my home.

Do you make pies, cakes, cupcakes, and other items?
Please feel free to reach out for custom orders.

Unfortunately, cottage licenses restrict the sell of items that need to be refrigerated (buttercream, cream cheese frosting, types of pies, etc.).

I love to make cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts that require refrigeration, but I unfortunately cannot sell them while I bake out of my home. I’m actively exploring frosting types that meet the requirements of cottage licenses, but will not offer them on my menu until I feel that they are worthy enough to sell.
